I actually have seen that suit before, it's an artificial leather/polyurethane/PU jumpsuit. Because of your slim figure, you'll probably have an easier time fitting it in than the OP pic. I've seen (something very close to) it on an Asian girl with a build more similar to yours than OP.

...I'm not really endorsing that place, it's not quality by any means, just trying to think of what you could get thats passable before Halloween.

Also, a lot of these, even expensive ones, are just a polyurethane coating over a polyester-spandex fabric. That's real delicate, hand-wash only, and easy to damage the look. Good for a few costumes, but don't expect to last if you wear everyday. Wearing clothes (esp. jeans) over top is a good way to wreck it.
