ive been mewing for 5 years, i do it unconsciously now. i dont even think the term was a thing when i started doing it. i had just shaved my face, had a beard for a while before, and through happenstance while i was staring at myself in the mirror i noticed that if i pressed my tongue to the roof of my mouth after swallowing, the little bit of chin fat i had would suck upward and practically "disappear". im at work rn but ill take pics during my break

i've been 'mewing' ever since i can remember. i didn't know I was mewing till i happened to stumble upon its definition online.

looking at pics of me when I was child, i definitely had a rounder face. now i have a defined jawline, not as good as ezra's tho.

i don't know what %body fat i have in this pic, but i can positively make this more defined once i start working out.

ok heres pics. top is what i looked like for 22 years. relaxed jaw and tongue, retard style. also had a bit of an overbite which made it worse. bottom is with jaw pushed slightly forward (but not to an underbite), tongue against roof of mouth and toward back of front teeth. i think there's a clear difference here. i dont look like ezra and you won't either, but it's a major improvement. these are taken at the same angle, i havent raised or lowered my face for either

it naturally tightened over time as i was doing this. like i said, its been 5 years. no braces or retainer or anything. it actually feels tight and somewhat hurts to go BACK to the overbite, which previously felt natural
