Well, that pic was taken around two months ago and to keep that shape and my veins popping like that, i was exercising 6 days a week... now i am only exercising 3 days a week because the bulk, so yea... but I've only been exercising for 6 months total, and i'd say that vitamins and supplements really helped me, also lots of rest and water.

i started with body-weight exercises for a month; 100 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 25-50 pull-ups, 50 dips and for legs/butt do squats, always do your squats because it will give you beginner gains within the fist month... i did all these things every night before going to sleep... no rest days. After my body had a slight change and the muscle implication were in place, i got a gym membership, i wont give you numbers but i do a lot of overhead-presses, a lot of dumbbell-presses, leg-presses, bench and cable of course... but i never hesitate to hit the bar for pull-ups or hit the floor for push-ups, never forget were you start.
