Can Chelsea boots be pulled off outside of a urban area in the U.S (Such as rural areas, college towns etc)

ropers are way better for that type of setting. and like that other poster said, Chelsea boots require a certain masculine confidence that ropers will just give to you outright if you wear them correctly.
