This has to be a black man's toilet. Reminds me time I worked for a black guy's kitchen sink. In his bathroom the wall had an ugly gold leaf wallpaper and the toilet seat was transparent with gold leafs inside the resin.

The most hideous bathroom I have ever seen,

I like them. I use them a lot. They're good if you like to over-water. They gain character over time as minerals build up on them. Some people don't like that dirty look. Personally, I like finding old/retro/vingate glazed ceramic pieces for cheap when I go treasure hunting at thrifts/resale shops/auctions/estate sales, etc. I usually have to drill a drain hole into them, though.

I think you're actually asking about catching the water run-off. I usually only water my plants at the kitchen sink. I water thoroughly so that water drains out. I wait for it to stop draining (5-10 minutes), then dry off the bottom and place them by the window again. Some of them sit on top of a saucer or small plate to protect the furniture if needed. I also use stick-on rubber or felt feet/bumpers on the bottom of the planters to create a bit of airflow underneath... helps prevent moldy bottoms.

So I need to splash the light across the ceiling. Thanks, anon.

>> No.14651028

>>14650755
Yeah, I find that's both efficient (in that only one upwards-pointing light is usually enough for a whole room if the ceiling is white) and pleasant because it's the closest you're gonna get to diffuse sunlight. Also you can put one of those in a corner next to the sofa so the light source is not in your field of view.

There are some wall and ceiling lights that point upwards too, but depending on how they and your room is wired you may not be able to dim them.
