What do you think of this hat style? I am considering to get this, or something close to it. It's an old fashioned, and even clerical looking, moderately brimmed hat with a low crown, based on how it looks to me. The seller markets it to the Civil War and Revolutionary War reenactment demographic, but I like it as its own piece.

I think that hat also resembles this workman's hat from the Victorian Age. Does this one have a slightly upward facing brim, or a flat one like the one above?

I typically dress smart casual. Paired with a suit or a blazer is especially what I have in mind for that hat, but it could work with my more casual jackets, too, or just shirt and trousers.

Those traditional pastor/priest hats look very nice. How much would it cost to get a decent quality one? Where do the Catholics or others that still make use of these buy theirs from?
