If you know what you're looking for, then just find the artwork online. The bigger the better.
Google images; size: larger than 10MP. Wikipedia is also a good place.
Take the file to a local print shop. A real print shop, not FedEx/Kinkos.

Go with a heavyweight paper. Stick with bright white. I prefer a matte print on paper that has some texture. Poster sized print will cost you $60+.

if you aren't a poorfag, see if your city has 1st Fridays or 1st Thursdays, you can check out galleries with artists who aren't making it big, but are good enough that a gallery owner or artist collective filters them out from the shit.

Auctions. Flea markets. If you have more to spend, galleries. Not sure if this is a thing around the world, but over here we have organisations that lend out art. You will pay a monthly/yearly fee and you can lend art for a bit, then return it and pick out something else.
