ignoring the aesthetic of the people in the pics, the machines look like small enough that they can throw their weight around, they have to stand up on the pegs and dart around potholes, whatever. When a bike starts getting too big, the proportions make the rider look like a manlet, and the experience itself is no longer any different from riding a convertible car. A goldwing that's smooth riding for a hundred miles is not interesting or impressive to ride, and its sluggish awkward size in city traffic is definitely not effay. Cafe racer fags are cancer, sure, if they're weekend warriors or whatever. Bike shouldn't be a fashion accessory, but if you have to have one get a small scrambler. just imagine what ryan gosling would do and you're golden

I think the dual sport bikes of the late 80s and 90s look the best, they have that rugged outdoor adventure look and are so much fun to drive even if they dont have the power of the modern bikes.

Some cafes are sure cool but the riders look more occupied with looking cool than actually using the bike. With the right bag carrier on dual sports you can actually transport furniture or whatever you want. The bike I have is a honda dominator.

Bro just ride in in low traffic areas, try to get out of town and ride in the country, at that point I would say a motorcycle is no more dangerous than a vintage sports car, both have about as much safety. I found that riding a bicycle in busy city streets was good confidence building for when I got my moped and eventual bike license. Just remember that no matter how in the right you think you are on the street, those 2 tonnes of steel are more right and just let them through, let thing go.
