What pen/pencil do you use FA? I use a Cross Century Classic in 14kt gold fill. Feels great and has the right combination of ergonomics abd sophistication, at least in my opinion.

Heh I have the same typse, but in pleb chrome. Its /fa/ enough for me.

Youre right that it feels perfect for writing. Ive used a couple of Mont Blanc pens that cost hundreds of dollars that dont feel as good. Id never spend over a hundred dollars on a pen unless it was the best damn hand-feel pen id ever written more than 3 pages with.

Anyone here have experience with older/vintage pens made of/plated with silver? Im interested in buying a vintage silverv pen with a nice patina.

Can an old silver pen develop a "rainbow" patina? Like the typse you see on some old silver coins (see pic)? Thats be awesome.

Bic Cristal. Most effay pen of all time. French, utllitarian and modern design. 0.2€. It’s on Moma permanent collection. One of the holy trinity of writing utensils, next to the space pen and montblanc 149, but unlike the other two, wont make u look like an autistic nerd or a materialistic boomer

These are my personal favorites. Silver is Cleo Messograf, Cross is the Edge Pen and the MB is the Starwalker 115346. Also a classic Caran D'ache is a must have in every collection

So I'm currently using this, and yes, I know it's a piece of shit, but it's heavy enough and writes smooth (plus the added tools help out every so often). The only problem is that they break pretty easily, but they're also $3 so I don't expect much.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for really durable ball-point pens? Have yet to find one I haven't destroyed in just a few months time (I wear them in my pant's pocket). I was thinking about getting a few space pens, but if anyone has any other suggestions I'd appreciate it.
