Straight answer? You have good quality work, but you have the "rubber stamp" effect going on by having no real ties between your tattoos, and im guessing that you have nothing above the elbow, which makes things look unbalanced.

You've got a good tattoer who is handy with old-school bold work, but all tattoos on your forearm plus the rubber stamp effect definitely isn't in your favor. I would get some work done on the upper arm, and start moving more toward truly custom work as opposed to spins on classic flash. Remember that balancing your tattoos on your body is an important part of the aesthetics.
