I don't know what you're trying to imply with those scribbles. Again, the appearance of a small head is an optical illusion. The fabric is very thick and drapes around the body loosely which makes the head appear smaller by comparison, but if you look at my drawing (which, although admittedly crude, is obviously more anatomically correct than yours) you'll see that this chap actually has a perfectly normal physique.
