cocaine and weed cause massive cortisol spikes which is essentially an adrenaline+stress+anxiety related chemical which disrupts hormonal balance. Coffee and cigarettes do this too albeit to a milder degree.

Men with really good hair like billy do not naturally lose their hair early on, they tend to keep it.. But drug abuse which disrupts the hormonal system causes diffuse thinning and strong thinning at the temples. If he hadn't abused coke+weed his hair would be 2-3x thicker and far nicer with a perfect hairline, but I can assure you he has done his fair share of self-abuse. I grew up in a very "rich" environment with a lot of good genetics and access to drugs and I've seen the story replicate itself a fucking million times over. Every single naturally aesthetic guy that abused weed and coke has the exact same temple recession and diffuse thinning of what could have been a perfect head of hair, as we see with billy and I've seen with myself.. Abuse of smoking reduces bloodflow to the hair follicles and marijuana depletes the nutrient transport to the hair follicles, its been proven time and time again in clinical studies, that's why to find out if you smoke weed they check your hair and there's still traces 4 months later.. it chokes up the nutrient and oxygen pathways which keep the hair healthy. Cigarettes do the same thing albeit lesser of an effect than marijuana because they don't cause as high of an estrogen spike and hormonal imbalance. TLDR I have paid big time for the fun I had with cocaine and weed and I can't say it was worth it - I quit a year ago and my hair has grown back maybe 5-10% and the recession has ceded but the damage was done. I am the only drug addict in my family and consequently my father and uncles have full heads of hair (fuller than mine at 24!) at 50-60 years old. I am not talking mild one-off usage of these drugs, which really isn't a problem, I am talking 4 joints and 5-10 cigarettes + cocaine PER DAY for years on end.

Well in your case then I suppose it could be purely genetic, but genetic baldness is often an inclination moreso than an inevitability, it is largely possible that your dad and his father had poor diets and little exercise. Definitely a possibility, if you are holding on to a decent crop of hair though I suggest you cease all hormonal-disrupting activities, you can actually regain lost ground. I have a neighbor who is like cream-of-the-crop constant physical activities, his sons are big players in european hockey leagues etc, none do any drugs but they all have strong hairloss by mid 20s.

A thing that could support your position is my father has three brothers. All have more hair than he did at the same age.
One lost a good bit when he was past middle-age but also at that point his health was suffering.
The one with the most is also the youngest but also probably the fittest. The other with a good bit is starting to lose more now but was reliably more fit and probably ate way better to since he is into cooking.

You need to cease all unnatural and hormonally detrimental activities such as prolonged lack of sunlight, frequent ejaculation (1 per 2-3 weeks is OK, every load depletes the fuck out of your important mineral reserves and produces the ultimate hair-killing chemical AKA DHT), spending all your days indoors, having no exercise, not eating your fruits and vegetables, not drinking 8+ glasses of water a day, and not sweating. You have to stop smoking and especially stop smoking weed, though cigarettes are just as bad. Stop drinking milk or consuming dairy products & processed meats because they have been shown to disrupt hormone levels in men due to the way they are farmed and fed + injected (chickens and cows are made artificially pregnant by chemical means to produce greater yields nowadays). You need to exercise for 30 minutes minimum 7 days a week and get in the sauna if you can for 10-20 minutes a day. You very likely have hardcore alopecia, mine was so bad my fucking shins and ankles went bald. They are now back to being fully hairy. Your hormones are out of balance because you aren't living like a natural primitive man enough.

Trust me that isn't just your imagination, I've rather obsessively paid attention to these facts/ "potentialities" for years now and what you just described repeats itself constantly. Health and natural activity + avoidance of unnatural excesses = great hair and prolonged actractiveness. Unnecessary stress and taxation on the body that's out of phase with our natural "state" = premature aging, anxiety, depression, hair loss, and death. While you likely won't agree with a lot of his views or takes, check out this early 20th/ 19th(?) century book https://selfdefinition.org/celibacy/Bernarr-Macfadden-Virile-Powers-of-Superb-Manhood-scan.pdf
it covers a lot of what I've said
It was largely accepted for millenia in asian medicine, and up until the middle 20th century in western medicine, that a lot of things that I'm saying are true, particularly in relation to masturbation and hair loss (though I try not to stress this because It's a very 'touchy' topic for a lot of people and triggers them to defensiveness)

>> No.14489545

No and that's fucked up, but I've read a lot about plastics and plastic contamination in public water supplies which are theorized to be one of the causes for the 50%+ drop in sperm count and testosterone levels amongst western men in the last 4 decades. We are using and exposed to a ton of chemical compounds that haven't been extensively researched, all for the sake of someone else's profits. It isn't a fantasy and there are trillion dollar lobbying groups dedicating their lives to keeping these things wrapped up to keep the money wheel turning, as we saw with the suppression of research on cigarette-related cancers etc. I largely believe though that the sperm count drop in men since 1980 is just because the men being tested probably fapped to playboy or the internet ~24 hours before they went in for analysis lol

it can't be cured IMO but it can be reversed to a great degree there are tons of anecdotal stories on the internet, and I've experienced a fair amount of it myself. If you are already an almost-chrome-dome though you aren't going to be getting your full head back, I'd wager, and if you really are dedicated you can pull an elon musk and get the implants. in my opinion though if you are at pic related stage, these lifestyle changes, if you are dedicated and follow through every day of your life, can be reversed to a state of almost unnoticeable hairloss. IMO exercise hydration and sweating are the largest contributing factors. The hair is a plant, if you smoke constantly your plant shrivels and dies, just like a house plant would if you grew it in a chamber of tobacco smoke. If it receives hydration at the roots (perspiration) and sunlight it grows. This is why the homeless often have thick hair, they get a lot of fresh air and sunlight, which goes to show how important sunlight is to the hair considering they have poor diets and abuse drugs.

One idea I've seen put forward is that part of it is about pressure in the scalp, or something. So if you have forward head posture AKA nerd neck it increases pressure in the scalp and fucks up your hair.
My father and his father were active and sweating in the sun but at least my father's posture was never perfect. His body was from manual labor jobs rather than chasing deer or being a gym rat focused on the body.

No I never knew that. Like everything else in the world when your instinct tells you there is a conspiratorial motive behind something that can't be otherwise logically explained, there very likely is. Men think alike, despite our variances, and we are limited to the same realm of information and possibilities. If you worry that a group of men with more power than you conspired to make something reality, there's a good chance they did - because the same thought naturally occurred to them too, only they had the temptation and motive to act on it

Look up the "jaffe memo."
I am willing to go as far as they wanted it to happen but more often and especially to normies I'll go so far as to say human psychology says any problem men have is their own fault so who fucking cares if sipping birth control sterilizes them?
It's not in most people to care. I think the only ones that do are the ones that think more than they feel.

>> No.14489574

>>14489559
That's an interesting theory because you often hear people suggesting to spend some time each day upside down to increase blood flow to your scalp. Maybe it affects the geometry of your arteries/ veins and disrupts the blood flow somehow. It would also seem that if your head was perfectly vertical above your neck that this would actually make it more difficult for the blood to overcome the force of gravity but honestly I know fuck all about fluid flow. Nerds definitely are more likely to have hair loss nowadays but I'd contribute it to internet addiction which leads to pornography and masturbation addiction combined with lack of exercise, nutrition, and sunlight. The only thing I can say for sure is that my shins and ankles went from entirely bald to completely hairy again after 2-3 months of 10 minutes daily in the sauna and 2-3km daily of jogging, combined with cutting down on smoking. On my mother's life that's the one thing I can say with certainty that I measured and confirmed, so there is definitely a relation.

Interesting. My hairline isn't terrible, but its further back than I'd like. It's been the same since I was 16, and I smoked weed for 2 years straight. I've always been told by barbers that I have great hair. I did some cocaine but not like you. I mainly used opaites for like 8 years straight (clean now). But I can definitely see how my hairline got hit by my constant weed use during my early years.
Do opiates cause this? Because many of my friends who were addicted to heroin and oxy as well have great hair.
But ones that did cocaine mostly don't.
My hair is definitely attributed to my Danish side, my grandfather died at 84 with a full head of hair, and my grandmother who is 97 has a full head of thick hair (on my mom's side).
