Tokyo and Seoul are full of drones dressing exactly like the people they see in various medias. Splurging 30k for a wardrobe that don't fit them, or dressing like NPCs is not /fa/, and they will NEVER be relevant except when it comes to amount of sales.

When it comes to Fashion Weeks, Paris is leagues above everywhere else. When it comes to people in the streets, it's on par with Milan.
