I'm >>14449940 and I've been to all those places (save for national parks, I've been to many but not all, my favorite was Hawaii volcanoes by far) and they were all certainly beautiful and amazing, but NYC is still a unique culture of its own and it's dumb to refer to it as better or worse than other parts of America, just unique and different.

yeah agreed. boston is alright but pales in comparison. it's largely residential compared to new york. i grew up 30 mins outside of nyc and must say that it spoils you. every other city i've been to can't come close. the california coast is a beautiful natural place to escape
