There is a plain version, where you could select the collar, as well as the measurement details, and then there is also the tweed version of the caped overcoat. There's definitely a niche market for it. Historical reenactment groups are a big thing, as well as those with an interest in victorian/edwardian fashion. You can find quite a few youtubers who focus on vintage fashion/sewing.

I don't know about easily getting a coat as well tailored as this man's own tailored goods, but there are a few reputable web shops that cater to historical reenactment crowds, specifically referring here to the 18th and early 19th century styles. That includes much from the Seven Years' War (French and Indian War), the American Revolution, the French Revolution, the Napoleonic Wars, and the War of 1812. There are lots of sites centered around the mid and late 19th century, as well, particularly for the American Civil War groups. There are probably about as many sites devoted to World War I (The Great War), and many more revolving around World War II. After around World War II, clothing begins to look less and less distinctly antique, and just older looking, up until we reach contemporary styles.
