Doing a 6-day PPL similar to reddit PPL (look it up) but with no OHP on push day, twice as many lateral raises, 3 sets of deadlifts instead of 1, and more curls. I'm also doing 3x12+ cable crunches after every workout for abs.
My diet is just whatever I find to eat in the fridge as well as protein shakes to hit at least 100 grams of protein a day. Usually I try to hit around 2500 calories if not more but lately I've been slacking and only hitting around 1800. Keep in mind I started with little to no fat or muscle so if you're starting with a decent amount of fat you will probably have different results.

I started to think of food as just fuel. I only eat as many calories as i need to function well for that day. I don't eat anymore for entertainment. I usually eat ~1000 calories on work days (im 5'9 so that's 800 calories under my tdee). I don't eat any snacks or desserts. I also focus on foods that will keep me full instead of empty calories. I also don't eat after 6pm bc I won't need the calories that late.

If I have time off work/studying and I'm just being lazy around the house I know i won't need calories so ill fit in a day or two of fasting. I've gotten more socially recently and dating and that's been kind of impeding my weight loss but its still chugging along reliably. I don't want to be full skeletal so I'll stop at around 18.5 bmi i think (125-130lbs). It sounds like a lot of work but honestly not eating is easy.

I gotta say, you are very nicely shaped indeed. There are a lot of benefits from working out, other than getting aesthetic though. Your skin will become tighter, and so will your body underneath. It helps blood pressure a shit ton, and it will help if you have anxiety (really helped with mine). Just be sure not to go cardio-bunny and do actual lifts.

Eating more will come natural, as your body will crave it, but it's really easy to control it if you:
a) never eat to full, just until you don't feel hungry anymore
b) avoid carb-heavy foods (not completely, just consider that less than 50% of your food needs to be carbs)
c) meat and proteins in general are both great for your body's regeneration and they're quite filling, so it's hard to overeat on it

Granted, that's all if you feel the need to work out, because you already look great.

i mean i was definitely having some nutritional defincies. micronutrient levels were all fine but i was at a 15.6 BMI. I know its not that low especially in /thinspo/, but getting there and sustaining that didn't happen from a nutritionally complete diet. no chronic health issues either.

5'4 and sitting at ~100lbs, only eat about 1200kcal a day, I dropped a lot of weight when I cut my calories over a year ago, then started to plateau and now I'm gaining weight again without changing much, really hate how my body looks lately
I'm worried the daily low cal was a bad idea and I've just slowed my metabolism, if I start going for IF will it fix it and get me back to around 94? or am I just doomed because womanlet
