nope. i drank 3 cans a day in my teens but i've cut it off cold turkey for years. i drink a shitton of water, never touch my face, use sunscreen, replace my pillowcases daily, moisturize, wash regularly, etc. and nothing works. my dad had severe cytic acne too and the only thing that helped him was accutane so it's just unlucky genetics

i've ruled out most diet issues. the only thing that definitely makes me break out is milk chocolate but i dont eat chocolate. im also lactose intolerant so i avoid dairy so i know that's not an issue either. my skin is similar now to when i was a teen and ate pizza every other day. some people just have acne prone skin and there's only so much to do with diet
