I use Selsun Gold (active ingredient: selenium sulphate) in the shower for the seb-derm on my face, then after I dry off I use a lanolin moisturiser. It has kept it very under control. Both are cheap.

It looks like you’re dry and irritated there, reconsider whatever you’re putting on your face. I’d say stick To a nightly retinol/moisturizer treatment for a few weeks only apply the moisturizer when it feels really flaky and wash your face with a cleanser every other day.

moisturizer a good cheap one is neutragena oil free combination skin, i would add a couple drops of jojoba oil to it
