Bros what are some actual tips to avoid balding? I have a full head of hair and I’m not balding, but I’ve had a big ass forehead since birth so if I were to start balding it would be tragic. My dad(60) had hair but was kinda thinning in his crown. Also my mom’s dad has a full head of hair so I’m safe I think.

if you’re worried about your hair just take one of these two drugs, not saying it’s going to stop you being worried your MPB affected hair but at least stop you actually going visibly balding

the adverse effects are much lower than almost all other long term prescription drugs,
much cheaper and lower effort than alternatives (minoxidil/dermarolling)
and you will avoid wasting money on future hair transplants

You pay a couple hundred bucks every few months to get fake hair that you apply with glue and/or tape. It has to be removed and cleaned every week or two (and so you can shave any real hair you get growing underneath), but otherwise stays on just like natural hair and you can sleep in it, shower in it, etc. Or you can pay extra to have it all done at a salon like in that video.

Not 100% sure, but I know you can order systems online after filling in some details and maybe sending a hair sample so they can match it. Then I believe you need to track down a cosmetologist who will help you with the whole process. Or you can look up a bunch of tutorials and shit online and try to apply it yourself - which will save you a lot of money.
