Bros what are some actual tips to avoid balding? I have a full head of hair and I’m not balding, but I’ve had a big ass forehead since birth so if I were to start balding it would be tragic. My dad(60) had hair but was kinda thinning in his crown. Also my mom’s dad has a full head of hair so I’m safe I think.

go outside.
humans are like plants. hair grows if it has sunlight on it
next, don't wear too many hats. in glen or glenda, they talk about how hats calls baldness
third, eat bugs. bug carapaces are the same as in fingernails and hair so it replenishes your hair and causes hair growth

Well then you monitor it and make sure that's true, and at the first sign of balding you get on finasteride for the rest of your life/until science figures out a cure.

Anons often read pic related and ask about minoxidil and ageing. Basically, you can get dry skin, some wrinkles, and/or dark circles under your eyes from using it.

just take finasteride
has a very good safety profile, no drug interactions,
the adverse effects are much lower than almost all other long term prescription drugs,
much cheaper and lower effort than alternatives (minoxidil/dermarolling)
and you will avoid wasting money on future hair transplants

You pay a couple hundred bucks every few months to get fake hair that you apply with glue and/or tape. It has to be removed and cleaned every week or two (and so you can shave any real hair you get growing underneath), but otherwise stays on just like natural hair and you can sleep in it, shower in it, etc. Or you can pay extra to have it all done at a salon like in that video.

Not really. There is a current fad online where people blame fin for basically their whole life being shit, but it is very very likely just the nocebo effect. In the initial trials very few users reported side effects (mostly related to sexual performance, so erection quality, semen production and libido) and the difference to the control group was barely even significant.

The studies on this are less than inconclusive and from anecdotal evidence it doesn't look like it wrinkles the skin. It dries you out though, for which one can just apply MCT oil.

I used to always say no sides for me with fin, I used it for 1 year and always had a soft erection to the point I was popping viagra out of fear I couldn't get hard enough. Maybe it was in my mind. I stopped using fin 2 weeks ago though as I felt it had done nothing for me and my dick is like steel now.

Glad I stopped. I now dermarole and use minox.

Not 100% sure, but I know you can order systems online after filling in some details and maybe sending a hair sample so they can match it. Then I believe you need to track down a cosmetologist who will help you with the whole process. Or you can look up a bunch of tutorials and shit online and try to apply it yourself - which will save you a lot of money.
