Well you would have to find a rug that matches the most prevalent color in the painting which is the red, but dont go for a single solid color red. It may be too strong, so rather look for a "dirty red" or has some variation in it that matches the painting.

You have basically 2 option:
a) go for all integrated system: you have a speaker with and integrated amplifier and connectivity which makes it very /fa/ since it's a compact system. The disadvantages are the expandability and the personalization since if you want to upgrade to a different amp or speaker you have to rebuy everything. I do recomment:
>Kanto YU6 (400$) and you have room for take a sub or take some input devices (cd player, used turntable, etc.)
>Edifier S2000Pro (500$) better speaker, better amp, but with your budget not room for accessories
b) go full custom and putting togheter a full system yourself according to your own preferences.
>Dayton Audio B652-AIR (100$) awesome speaker but lacks in low end so i would put a sub
>Elac Debut 2.0 b6.2 (300$) better speaker but also more expensive it gives you less room for customization
> NAD C316BEE (250$) Awesome integrated amp, good for future upgrade
> SMSL SA-50 PLUS (80$) OK amp, really small and compact, not great sound
>auna Linie-300-SW (120$) Chinese subwoofer but good quality/cost
With this you can also go full vintage/used but case may vary since you have to find yourself stuff.
