So I just ordered a pair of white's mp in CWF, because I know the quality is great, but I was wondering why is Thursday boot Co. so popular? And are their boots any good?

Thursday cuts every corner imaginable to cut costs. It's not real CXL leather, it's their rip-off version that creases easier and gets loose grain. It's not real Dainite soles,it's their rip-off version that's softer and wears faster. Rather than pay Americans and keep production in the US they are made it Mexico so they don't have to pay people very much to make them.
Fuck Thursday, they're a shitty company and I can not in good conscience support them. When they were a new company they had a shill campaign that 5 starred them on every site imaginable, had all the YouTube retards shill them by sponsoring their videos. It was so bad that you couldn't take what anyone said about them at face value. They got called out on it and stopped and things settled down, but fuck Thursday is a shady shitty company.

Agreed. Six months ago I would have said that Thursday are one of the best in their price range, but now the condition that my boots are in are definitely not what they ought to be for their age. Despite regular polishing and oiling the leather is creased and wrinkled, the soles have less grip that completely flat soles and are soft, and the laces snapped when I was tying them up after only two months. Furthermore, they are some of the heaviest boots I own. The only boots I have which are heavier are my chainsaw protection boots which have a lobstered steel sole, and they're not that much heavier!

I can only speak for myself but I like my boots, got the same ones as your pic but in natural. I kinda beat them to shit with shitty creams and being out in a harsh salty winter. one of the speed strips snapped off because I accidentally bent it too many times so beware of that. the insoles are kinda wearing out.

However

They are my goto footwear with my wardrobe and have held up through a lot of shit. like walking through puddles and snow and ice. They are comfortable and they look good (some of the wear has given them character in terms of look). I'd say for the money they have already met their value.
