I got a bad haircut, huge ass cyst on my nose and a bit of acne on my cheeks and forehead too, can you niggers help me out. I used aftershave for my face and some salicylic acid cream for the cyst and am washing my face every few hours but shit it's not going away

I use this stuff, too. It's great at getting rid of blemishes and zits. It's very gentle as well. Wouldn't hurt to use an oil free moisturizer after washing with it, though. Plus, the insane ramblings on the label are an entertaining read when you're taking a shit.
