I do all the time, and keep a small pack at my desk in addition to the bathroom. Don't really think it accomplishes too much. My teeth are discolored from years of shit habits and neglect but at least it feels cleaner.

Dont use charcoal tooth products. My friend is a dentist and they stain your teeth near the gums and it cant be fixed.

I have braces on and haven't gone to my dentist in 4 months to get them readjusted because I can't afford the montly payments because I spend all my money on designer clothes. I'll go next month though, I already paid my debt and now I'm financially stable, I hope he's not mad at me.
