Shy and girly? Shy is fairly easy, just wear oversized clothing that isn't revealing. For 'girly' you probably want something lacy/cute.

I'm thinking maybe going trad / larme or middle-aged japanese fashion? Just keep it simple, the less number of pieces you wear and ornamentation the better. Think simple with classic feminine clothing that hides your body.
