A guy as jacked as that has to get a lot of his clothes tailored if he wants to look halfway decent. The reality is that the clothing found on a store shelf will essentially never be designed for a body type like that. He's going to be limited in what he can wear.

If you get muscular to that extreme degree, unless you want to look like crap all the time, because your shirts will either be boat sails or belly shirts, you have to accept that you will have to spend money and/or time tailoring your clothes. Probably both, and not an insignificant amount of money and time either.
