What >>14261827 said. They are already starting to loosen, but it's the same combo we've seen in the mid to late 90's during futurism. Shoulders are more defined and not as narrow as women, but hips are still very slim and pant material isn't as billowy as the 80's.

Reviewbrah gave a good explanation of it once in a video, titled something like "Why I wear baggy suits". Suits are dying as everyday wear, to compensate companies are selling suits with less fabric for higher prices, saying that the fit is desirable. It's worked and everyone is now shrilled into slim fit.

Savile Row tailors stick to classic cuts. This is Mr. Patrick Grant of Norton & Sons. Had my bespoke suit made there, only 5000 pound sterling for a suit that can be passed down at least three generations.

Sons could have different physical builds from the father, as well. However, my grandfather's suit from the 1960s fits me, and looks enough like it could pass for a modern suit, just more thick fabrics.
