Its not really a style so much as it is an umbrella of brands which (I would suspect largely resulting form the internet), are frequently paired together, often with little regard for the aesthetic universes they're drawn from. Moreover the same pantheon of designers can be taken in a really creative avant-garde direction- playing with texture and silhouette in a way you can't do with more basic clothes, or used like yours truly to slightly tweak what is otherwise a very conventional outfit.
I'm honestly just as unfamiliar with the influences you're drawing from, though I like the outfit as a whole and I think the pop of white from the turtleneck is a nice touch.

I see what you're going for with the dress and m65, but I don't think you're quite pulling it off. The navy of the dress blurs into the camo in a really unflattering way while the lack of any feminine detailing on the dress robs you of that juxtaposition between girly & punk which gives your source material its oomph.

Actually now that i think about it I do recall some guy named shui tsang kinda doing fits like this. it wasnt exactly the same thing it was more japanese based but I think the styles surely share similarities. whats your opinion on blackmeans?

Almost any other summer dress would do, so long as the colour contrasts the jacket. White or cream would be the easiest options but I can picture a pale yellow working as well. As far as detailing, maybe some simple lace trim to play up the girly/military contrast?
You could also do a cami & skirt or shorts under the jacket as well. So long as you keep the cami bright and feminine, you can get away with a darker bottom.

Ngl Shui is and has consistently been my single biggest source of inspo. Hell the pic you posted is why I bought my gats.
What I love about his style is that while he has some out there fits, there are others like pic related which strike the perfect balance between elegance and everyday wearability.

As for blackmeans, I like most of their designs and I've heard nothing but good stuff about their quality. That said I've never handled any of their clothing personally and I've heard their jackets run short.
