Shit shoes? Cheap? Or normal thing for these sort of shoes?

Double checked. They were £56 without discount.

>Leather creases. Plain and simple. There is no such thing as crease free leather. Frankly the thought of people thinking that leather should not crease is just absurd. So many times have I heard people complaining about wrinkled leather and thus blaming either the leather or the maker for this reason. Well allow me to tell you that there are so many more factors that play into a shoe’s leather becoming prominently wrinkled, factors that you have probably never thought about nor even knew existed. The main point however of this post, will not be about me trying to tell you that all cases of leather wrinkling are warranted but rather that a good deal of it is and it has nothing to do with the quality of the leather.

It's almost like leather wrinkles with wear.

I know, but from right away? Even when you test them at the store you can see the first crack, that line above your toes..

Sure, i mean, they're £70 shoes. My £425 Trickers have wrinkles from the first day of wear too.

If it really bothers you, use shoe trees when you're not wearing them.

yes from right away you idiot, you're folding the leather when walking so it leaves a fold-line. If you don't like wrinkles or lines wear non-leather shoes.

>> No.14199421

All leather shoes wrinkle as they get worn in. Good leather looks better with wear, but cheap "genuine leather" shoes like those are likely to crease and crack over time.

I understand, it makes sense but what if you are not an Instagram superstar with 250K followers who pay for your shoes?
What would lower class people do?

Investing in quality shoes is far from a luxury. Get some +250€ goodyear welt european derbies or oxfords that you like, and that you buy at the store, with trying it on first, without hesitating to pick a size too large.

Buying some nice shoes, especially good leather shoes/boots will save you money in the long run.

>t. Been wearing the same iron ranger meme boots since 2011, with one resolve and they are still going strong. Before that I was wasting 60-100 USD every other season replacing shitty boots not to mention another 100ish on sneakers.

Learn to save money instead of buying the first garbage pair of boots you find on sale.

>buy leather
>complain that it wrinkles

Its leather, it has to flex otherwise you wouldn't be able to walk

My suggestion is if you're autistic about creases then buy some clogs

Not man enough for these kind of shoes. No matching clothes either.

The boots look nice. Some kind of WWII British army type.

Buy 300 dollar welted shoes once instead of 100 dollar shoes once a year. After 3 years you can resole the 300 dollar shoes and wear them another 3 years and repeat.

Lower class people stay lower class because they can't see ahead. Save and buy once, cry once instead of throwing cheaper shoes to the dumpster once a year.
