Where can I find 100% cotton black trousers with a mid to high rise (at least 10.5") for under 100 USD? So far, I've found these Wranglers, and on the website, they say that the rise is high, but they don't give any measurements.

I have a lot of fashion noob questions, but I’m trying to break out of wearing jeans and khakis all the time. Can wool trousers substitute chinos and still work in a casual fit? I’ve got a few pairs that are very wide especially in the thigh, should I leave them as is or have them tapered to fit like my favorite jeans (Levi 501 regular)?

Personally I love the look of mid-high waisted suit trousers with a t shirt or something casual, the trousers definetly have to be tailored though unless youre going for the trendy boxy straight fit trouser look

Where can I get good chinos that are 100% cotton? I don't want any stretch shit or synthetics. I used to wear Bonobos pants, but all their stuff is stretch now. I want good stuff that will last.

And also, what else can I wear besides jeans and chinos? My workplace is pretty casual so soft washed chinos are already about as dressy as I want to get. I would like to mix it up a bit with some casual wool or something, but I'm not sure that would work. Maybe linen-cotton instead?
