I want to buy some hoodies with simple embroidery, yet I think it would be much cheaper and more fun to buy blank/basic hoodies and embroider myself.
My sister’s sewing machine (who moved out) is still at my house, and she has no need for it. How challenging it? and what do I need to know beforehand?

I’m hoping to do some cool Wu-Tang piece that I can post on here when I’m done... Then inevitably get shit on since it’s 4chan

There's no secret to the fit, wear them however you want... Too loose/ tight or too long would look awkward. If you want to look less casual than you'd do with jeans then go with chinos. I'd say just buy black denim.

It takes practice and patience. Get something cheap to practice on first before ruining something you really like, but plan to actually wear the results so that you try hard and don't just muck around. There are loads of videos and articles to get you started on whatever you want to try but learning as you go is really the only way. It helps if you have someone to show you in person (elderly friend or relative? ...)

I usually wear Levi 502s in a light blue wash but recently I've been wanting to cop a pair of black jeans. I tried the same size and style in black but it looked WAY baggier than the blue denim.
