yeah, nose is subtle if it was done. Every model has fillers done, its as common as getting a tan. I'm not saying she def did those, I'm just saying they're normal and I wouldn't be surprised, and they didn't drastically change her look at all so it isn't whatever you think you're sleuthing out.

Her jaw looks like that because she lost body fat. That's just what happens when you cut too low, fat around the mid and lower face is one of the last to go and shes clearly underweight in the 'after' photos which gives her jaw a lot of angle and definition. That's the much more likely thing than her getting full jaw surgery as a female model.

It's honestly weird to try and point out a bunch of cosmetic surgeries you think some rando instagram model had when you don't know what you're talking about. Weird way to spend your time.

You don't know much about modern plastic techniques if that looks like surgical work to you. (1) People are doing work with fillers (both hyaluronic acid and botulism based, among others) you literally can't even imagine. (2) Jaw augmentation surgery is a relatively intense recovery. It is not something that any surgeon would PITCH a woman who already had a strong jaw, let alone perform. The patient would not go through that level of life upheaval for such a marginal result. What's more, the implants in jaw aug. are not even placed in any of the regions where you're seeing changes in her face.

IDK what the reasoning for insisting she had a surgical procedure done instead of a nonsurgical one. It's still work done. When anybody who has even a passing smidgen of familiarity with plastic surgery can tell the difference, I just don't get it.

It's a posing trick you mong. Look up portrait posing, instead of just turning your head, you also move your head and stick your chin out and down. It feels and looks stupid in real life but it gives you a sharper jawline. That's also why her head looks smaller in the second one, because it's tilted further away and there's less shadow to add definition.

Add that to being skinnier, higher quality photography/editing and makeup, it can make a person look very different.
