Im going to post my thoughts and maybe some of you will understand

I want to buy a watch primarily to tell the time. I think it probably is more convenient than using a phone in your pocket. With this goal, youd want to buy something very accurate/durable/reliable, so quartz would be obvious.
What KIND of watch do you want to wear? Do you want to impress people or do you want to keep it as an accessory that doesnt define you? I dont like the idea of buying an expensive watch. It can be stolen and not recoverable. People may want to be around you solely because you have an expensive watch so maybe you have a lot of money so youre attracting snakes.
I think there are people who are snakes and just want to be around people with money, but there probably are genuine people who would actually appreciate your choice of watch and like that you put thought into it, but i think that they exist in far fewer numbers.
The answer would be a digital watch with a consumer brand like a seiko or citizen if i assumed all of this.
The point is that i dont want to attract someone to me that is impressed by a watch on my wrist. Do you understand what I mean? If you have two girls and you take each to dinner wearing either a casio or a rolex, and girl #1 reacts favorably with either, but girl #2 only reacts favorably once you have a rolex, you want girl #1 and girl #2 is a snake, gold digging whore. Why would I want to put myself on that parasites radar by wearing a rolex? Arent these seiko and citizen and casio watches supposed to be well made? They wont attract whores and if it's stolen, it wasnt expensive anyway. Youre less likely to have a knife or gun pointed at you if you wear a seiko/citizen/casio/timex instear of a rolex/patek/AP/omega etc

Does anyone have something to add or a thoughtful reply?

My family is rich. On first dates, I don’t let the girl see my car, I meet her somewhere. I also don’t wear a Rolex or any other flashy watch. These “problems” you’re mentioning aren’t really problems. I have literally never felt threatened by wearing an expensive watch or have been in fear of getting robbed even though I spent 4 years living downtown in a major city with a serious crime problem. If you’re actually wealthy then it is exceedingly obvious who are the gold diggers or who is trying to befriend you for your money.

The only people who really have problems with this are either exceedingly gullible and naive or they recently got wealthy and don’t have enough experience.

PS most girls don’t know shit about watches. I have a vintage two tone datejust that is probably the least valuable actual watch in my collection yet it’s the only one people notice. I have never been approached about Panerai, Cartier, or Omega and these aren’t exactly obscure manufacturers.

What's really the purpose of two time zones? Is it if you want to make a phone call? So gmt watches are for people who have friends? Also, is gmt for "greenwich mean time", if so why because you're not putting actual gmt there, you're putting whatever second time zone.

This is my "please don't mug me I'm a regular guy just like you" watch. So far it has served me well and I recommend it.

Secondary hour hand, date complication, threaded/screw-down crown, hesalite crystal, drilled lugs, lumed needle hour and minute hands + hour markers, extremely well regulated V7750 movement.

Women should not have the right to choose who to mate and breed with. That decision should be made for them by rational men of intelligence. If women continue to have rights, they will only hinder the advancement of the human race by breeding with degenerate men and creating stupid, degenerate offspring. This will cause humanity to become even more depraved with each generation. Women have more power in human society than they deserve, all because of sex. There is no creature more evil and depraved than the human female. Women are like a plague. They don’t deserve to have any rights. Their wickedness must be contained in order prevent future generations from falling to degeneracy. Women are vicious, evil, barbaric animals, and they need to be treated as such.

That's three fonts.
'Automatic' and 'GMT' are the same font.
And if you're counting the "japan" at the bottom, then lol@urlyfe.
And pretty much every watchmaker uses different numeral fonts, from Patek and Vacheron to Rolex (compare the bezel numerals to the date numerals on a Sub for instance).

Also, the new post-2017 dials only have two fonts.

Their men’s or ladies watches ?

I haven’t looked much at the men’s, the snowflake seems nice. But I’m not keen on the ones that are always posted in here (with the red/blue/green) faces. I’ve only looked at their ladies sports watches and found them a bit boring and too chunky for my tastes. I did see a nice ladies watch with a crocodile leather strap which I think was grand seiko that was very nice though. But when I was looking to buy a watch I wanted a more casual stainless steel bracelet that I could wear every day.
