i have that on both my wrists anon. it was REALLY bad last year. like everyone pointed it out or stared. i was too embarrassed to even hold hands with my bf cuz i feel like he'd touch it and be grossed out by scaly red skin.

it pretty much disappeared after a week of taking vitamin-d's. along with avoiding dish soaps, hot water, itching and extreme stress (the main trigger).

i don't know how severe yours is, but godspeed. hope maybe my treatment works for u.

i tried using a pumice stone and grinding the fuck outta my arms and legs to get rid of the spots. shit stung for a week. it was like having a severe sunburn, even light clothing would cause insane pain

the red spots stayed but my skin was definitely softer. especially with the lotion i put on every night. not worth the pain though, probably really bad. probably cause scarring. argh.

it's definitely the solution because hot water dries the oil from your skin and invites bacteria and shit, hence you get acne. cold water and soap just cleans but keeps the skin's natural hydration. my back used to be full of acne because the hot water would land right on my shoulders and back, and now it's totally smooth.

Yes, seborrheic eczema. I've tried a lot of meds to no avail. Now I'm going on an elimination diet to see if that helps. I think my own scalp is allergic to my hair oils; my skin is only bad on the areas that is covered by my hair (I have an undercut).
