That's a full buzz right there. Unless you can do extreme hair transplant and even manage to keep your hair without finasteride fucking your body it's going to be at 30k usd at least.
I live in Eastern Europe, here bald just means "male". Doesn't matter.

I assume you don't have this bone structure, being a normal human being. The secret to the balance you're seeking lies in fostering facial hair. Draw the eyes to your lip, chin, and eyes. You'll have smashed the opening impression and your eye contact and disarming smile will round out the first 5 minutes to where they can't get enough. Of course, elevating your clothes is great for those of us lacking in hair.

blessing in disguise. Save up a few thousand dollars or take out some student loans and get hair surgery. Most doctors won't do it until you're done balding since they take hair from the back of your head and they can only do that once without causing you discomfort (since you lose skin while doing it)

Bald at 20 and 21, full head of hair from 22 and onward.
