the key to pulling anything off is confidence. giving off an aura of 'je ne sai quoi'
if your outfit looks like you wear this because that is the way youve been raised at it is natural and comfortable to you, then you pull it off.
being a tryhard is never effay, if it looks like you dont care what you wear you can pull of almost anything

its also the reason you can always spot it when someone is dressing up in chinos and a shirt as supposed it being his everyday clothes, he will make sure the pants dont wrinkle, adjust the tuck on his shirt, act uncomfortably when someone mentions hos outfit

1. dress in a way that isnt too foreign for you
2. be as comfortable with your physical looks as possible
3. be in a good financial situation
4. have social contacts and try to talk to people you dont know to improve social skills
