Plastic surgery is becoming more mainstream and hopefully for them more accessible so a man will be expected to be more beautiful, clean and to take more care of his appearance than before in 50 years. Not per se. But men are adopting "girl" beauty practices this is because in order to be beautiful make up helps a fuck ton, even the most rugged looking actors for example wear make up. I expect that and other aspects of beautifying oneself to be adopted by men. Actions that today are thought as "gay" won't have that meaning anymore in the future. In fact it will be expected for example for something as important as a date men would be expected to wear BB creams, to get their brows done if they're not pretty, eyelashes, etc.

I think rap and hip hop is a pretty good indication of where shit is going. Rap in the late 90s and early 2000s was all about overwhelming masculinity and now you have rappers embracing all the haute couture shit like wearing pink and carrying purses.
