Humana Vintage was the only vintage store I found something I liked in that was a reasonable price. There's a more classic style vintage store with tweed, shirts and brogues if that's your thing, it has 2 floors but I've forgotten the name. In general most thrift stores in Milan are overwhelmingly women's clothing, but it's pretty fun going around with google maps, if you have free time I'd recommend just walking around going to random ones.
