The truth: Not much, really.

But keep in mind you're in a fashion board and fashion focuses on novelty. It's kinda like how modeling doesn't always take the most beautiful people, they take oblong retards very often. It permeates into quick fashion as well, a quick look at GAP or some such site will show you some "model" with a giant gap in their teeth, for example.
