A bit of context for non-italians: this character is inspector Marco Coliandro, the eponymous protagonist of a successful italian TV series, a parody of the classical american and italian police movies.

He's a total jackass, and always tries to solve cases in unorthodox ways: he's successful at it, but he never fully understands how or why. And he almost never gets the girl he instantly falls in love with.

He's also a fan of Clint Eastwood, Bruce Willis and Mel Gibson, and drives a red Alfa Romeo Giulietta (pic related).

tl;dr: watch "Ispettore Coliandro" if it's available in your language, it's a mixture of fun, seriousness and stupidity like nothing else.

As for OP question, you just need straight jeans, a leather jacket (bought used at a thrift store in Bologna!) and a pair of white sneakers (Adidas Superstar, if I'm not mistaken).

For example, in pic related you can see, from left to right: inspector Gamberini, Coliandro's best friend, a chill dude who always makes fun of everybody; supervisor Bertaccini, a tough girl and a biker; Coliandro himself; the public attorney Longhi, a charming and bossy cougar; supervisor Buffarini, the cute and shy nerdy girl; and chief De Zan, a man who has had enough of all of them.
