I am sorry, but the answer is no. It is relative from person to person but no normal sized person will say that a good fit on a fat person looks better than a normal fit on an average weight person. fashion and body shape go hand in hand, the reason why you cannot find very many good fits for bigger people is because simply they are not good looking.

Overweight people can do some things/tricks to help hide it. Adding some kind of accessory can help draw the eye away from a belly just as it can on a weirdly shaped face.
Baggier clothes that aren't tucked in can do alot to hide it. And loser clothes in general look better on many out of shape people.
I'm chubby myself, and tend to wear a longish coat/parka type thing with just the middle button done up around where my ribs end. This gives the impression of more of an hourglass shape. Pic related kinda shows what I mean, although it ain't a great pic :s

The bigger you are the harder it is to hide it ofcourse, and there's an upper limit to where it stops being effective.

Layers, large patters, big collars and chunky accessories are the answer.

Base layers need to be dark to cover up the chub but otherwise its like anyone else creating an outfit.
Big people aren't the only ones who need to worry about proportion and fit, but they definitely have it worse.

Jonah Hill is about 300 pounds in this picture and could pass for 230 minus his face.
