Le Labo has a good range of small testers that last for a decent amount of time and can help you feel out quality non-alcohol based mixes.
Musc is great if you're in LA otherwise The' Noir is my go to

In my opinion, Tabac is a dated. Try something that smell like Old Spice Whitewater or CK One, clean and sharp.
