You'd probably get better responses in boot general. You want something like your pic though, sort of smart enough it wouldn't look out of place in trousers and a dress shirt but also wouldn't look out of place with jeans

Solovair, Dr martens or redwing postmans come to mind straight away

You should buy some of those boots that all the weakling hipsters wear with spray-on skinny jeans, that way you will complete your look and profession as a total failure in life.

Loafers for sure. They'll last forever since you use them lightly

I dunno, whatever's comfortable? SFC makes some decent non-slip shoes but they're ugly as shit

there are these shoes nunn bush make.
they are totally not high-tier but look nice enough and are non-slip.
the insole is fucking worthless so spend a few more bucks looking for a replacement aswell, if your job doesnt give a fuck about how formal your footwear is then i'd suggest something really comfortable for your sake, figure out whether or not you have flat feet etc and buy accordingly. if you have swollen feet at the end of the day maybe get some zensah compression socks, or the ankle shin equivilant.
you'd better take your feet seriously or else you'll want to kill yourself by month 2

Something non-slip and comfortable for standing long periods, with removable insoles. Don't get anything you'll be afraid of getting dirty or stained. Looks aren't important.
