Also that is the worst pic you couldve posted for comparison because you can literally see the very distinct short style shoulders with their arms bulging inside of the sleeve head which helps in actually moving around in those wehrmacht jackets. The repro picture is a suit pattern with shoulders that are way too big for the guy. Hence the weird folds on top of the sleeve head.

The closest you could get without buying a real uniform is to look out for film costume companies. Some of them have old tailor made stuff from the 50-60s that was made by the same people with the same original systems. Those are extremely rare nowadays though and are being sold as original ww2 for hard cash.

I think it's a custom or field-made smock made from two zeltbahn quarters, at least those slits that go over either shoulder look suspiciously like those on the zeltbahn, and it has the "splittertarn" camo commons to most Wehrmacht zeltbahns. Would make good protection against the rain.
