Shampoo 1/day retards

You may feel good doing dumb things with your tinfoil contrarian tendency but your skin/head get worse after 13 years old.

After 26 years old your skin don't even recover themselves(in your eyes) it only get worse, and not using shampoo or lotions make skin aging thrice faster.

Heres some bits of what i know
pH is the most important thing. Keep it within range, whatever you put on your hair, check that you are using something within the natural pH of the scalp (4-6). If your pH is too high or too low, here come the scalp issues.
Hot water irritates your scalp and strips all your hair from the oils, leaving it, dry and ugly.
Dont dry your hair. Let it dry by itself. Towels/hair dryers fill your hair with static and that shit makes your hair frizzy.
Most shampoos have an higher than the scalp pH, that shit stays in your scalp. Rinsing with apple vinegar helps bring the pH down.

if you have medium long hair as a guy and want that "greasy" or textured look without it actually being greasy, wash your hair daily with conditioner only. let it soak in for maybe two minutes and wash it out with lukewarm water
the conditioner is enough to make your hair clean and basically replaces your shampoo. the longer your let it soak in, the less textured and more dry it gets so you have to experiment.

this also only works with silicone free conditioner, otherwise your hair will be nasty

now i'm trying to grow my hair again, it still pretty short (if i stretch it from my forehead, it gets to my nose septum), but it doesn't seem to have the same characteristics and properties as when i was younger, it gets flat, no sign of waves (only of i exercise - salt maybe)

Should i just keep growing it until it actually creates some texture due to gravity or should i just give up?

Gravity if anything weighs down curl. Mine is in loose curls when short and waves when long; seems kind of like yours. Make sure to move oil away from the scalp and towards the tips. That might mean shampooing less frequently and brushing it out (see below), or adding something like argan or jojoba oil to the ends to condition. Really, looking at your pictures just makes me want to stab your head with a brush.
>>13925973
Brush, comb, just get the strands loose of each other. Your head and hair feel hot when there's knots or tangles or excess hair, and the longer it is the more imperative brushing/combing is. Getting excess moisture removed, both from water and oil, is important, because you want it in and on the strands, not around them. Even an inch of hair can benefit from brushing out all the dead hair and skin.
Ultimately, brush your hair out and make sure your hair and scalp can breathe if you want volume, smoothness, and coolness.

>> No.13930268

>>13928855
I have close to your hair type and just went silver/grey.
Your hair is overly greasy and that's contributing to the forehead acne, brush it whenever you feel moisture and wash it when you can (even just a rinse but you need shampoo every 2-3 days).
I like your current cut and if you keep your face clear and eyebrows groomed like that the forehead isn't an issue, it makes the look more masculine than if you covered the forehead.
Mix your bleach with a toner (full powder + developer + toner kits run about $10 on amazon) so it doesn't come out yellow, especially since you're trying for something cool like plat.
Purple shampoos basically leave deposits of purple pigment in your hair to counteract the natural brassiness. I'm using the OGX lavender shampoo/conditioner that's for ashy tones, but other brands are specifically for white platinum. All are sulfate free so that's already covered.
Can't wait to see the danny phantom aesthetic my guy.

i have very fine/thin brown hair and since a decade i don't know what to do about it

what i always do is a shitty combover, i mean its not terrible but so boring

i blowdry every day and use no product since nothing seems to work, but maybe blowdrying and washing everyday kind of ruined my hair? should i go for no poo?

>> No.13933307

>>13933216
youre on two extremes here -- dont blowdry and wash everyday, but dont just go for no poo either. wash your hair every other day with something that incorporates coconut oil into it, or use coconut oil after. air drying may help too. best of luck!

isn't it going to be greasy then? I don't know what the conditioner does but I think a layer of oil between it and the hair would stop it from doing whatever it does

would look better if you didnt bleach it

I've had similar results, but here's the thing - my grandfather has been using biotin shampoo and conditioner for most of his life, and he didn't start losing his hair until he was in his 70s, which was way older than when his father and his brothers started losing their hair. He's also almost 80 now and still has salt and pepper hair, while both of his brothers (who are younger) have straight up white hair. I know it's just an anecdote, it could be pure coincidence, maybe he just got lucky genetics, but it still leads me to believe that biotin shampoo/conditioner is worth using, even though I get softer hair with the argan oil stuff. Maybe it would be a good idea to use them interchangeably, like use the biotin one day and the argan oil the next day and just keep switching from day to day.

I usually shower every 1-2 days, and shampoo twice. Once to cleanse and the second time to get in the roots. I’d suggest only using conditioner regularly if your hair is brittle or is more dry as opposed to oily. Rub it into the tips of your hair, leave for a couple minutes then rinse. Alternatively, you can do the same thing with a hair mask. Hope this helps!

don't use kratom because it will make you go bald

It gets greasy so fast because you trained it to do so. When you’re constantly washing your hair you’re stripping the moisture, training your scalp to replenish the moisture quicker.

Wash less often and you will train your hair to not be so greasy.
I wash my hair once a week.

conditioner is enough to clean your hair and take away the grease. you just have to let it soak in long enough (3 minutes or so)

This stuff is great. I use the orange after a shower, when my hair is still a little damp. A small tin lasts me about six months.
