I've yo-yo'd a out 10 pounds in the last 3 or 4 months. Holy shit how do fatties do it? To gain weight you have to either eat shit, eat an excessive amount, or eat an excessive amount of shit. Unfortunately I'm not bulimic anon, just otherwise mentally ill (and evidently not thin enough to pay my respects to the vultures here). I do have an unrelated chronic vomiting issue, but it doesn't really have anything to do with my weight; it's pretty much only ever bile that comes out. i did a 12 day binge. is that even a thing? have you ever done that? i gained almost 8 kgs, like 17 pounds. i believe its between 7 and 9 pounds of fat.
After one day of fasting I'd dropped the first 5 pounds again. That was yesterday morning. I expect to be down by another 5 pounds tomorrow morning but after that I don't know how much longer it'll go fast...
On the bright side I'm fucking strong. I can lift more than I could before, and my cardio is already as good as it was before I binged. That may be because I'm very energized... it's also easy to fast. I have fasted in three days now and I feel strong, but hungrir than ever before. And EVERYTHING makes me salivate. Everything tempts me. It's not usually a problem...

I don't think weight has much of an affect on bulimia deaths, it's more to do with lack of nutrition and electrolytes afaik. You aren't as at risk if you don't purge often, but if you restrict when you aren't vomiting you wont recover all those electrolytes and it can kind of "build up" over time I guess.

Lost weight through fasting, IF, and general restriction. Let myself cheat for my birthday and Thanksgiving and haven't been able to get back on track. I've dieted a lot and I always slip up before I can make it under 110 lbs. My diet plan is 900 calories weekends, 400 Monday and Friday, 700 Tuesday-Thursday. I've been trying to get back on track with fasting but keep failing, should I just start the diet and fast later?
I want to stick to IF and cut down on bread and processed sugar because they're useless and bc of insulin spikes make me want to eat more. I'm thinking about claiming veganism to turn down food easier. I want to be but it's not really feasible, I do actually want to cut out as many animal products as possible, but would claiming I'm vegan when I'm not really be unethical?

Short of not eating complete shit; you need to cut the tricks, and gimmicks. If you are eating healthy it should not be predicated as well as what will fill you better, and bigger bulk for less calories. If you get your nutrition as you see it, that should be part paramount. It's vary likely to be because you're skinnyfat.
It happens really easily if you diet, and since fat has a lot lower density than muscle and gets distributed unevenly for most people you look like a shapeless sack instead of like a well chiselled and proportionate girl, to put it bluntly.

Good thing is, it's easy to fix. So start exercising, lifting is ideal (yes even if you're a girl) but anything that builds muscle is fine. You're a low weight so you should see results pretty quick c:

I mean, you could go down to a BMI of 15 and finally get the thigh gap that way, but it's not really ideal, your face would probably look hollow, and you'd lose even more muscle. That's part of the reason why recovering anorectics look kinda fat at normal weights. And it's probably more of a hassle than just joining some sports team, or starting to exercise on your own. And it's definitely worse for your body, if you exercise you can stay a low weight and eat more; less chance of getting malnourished is always good, right? c:
