I have a long toe nail but mines doesn’t rub against the toe box. I can’t imagine this shoe stretching out though because of the materials.

Doubt it'll help you if its tight length-wise, but in that case you probably bought the wrong size. Width wise, pop the stretcher on, spray a bit of rubbing alcohol on the area and do another half turn and leave it over night. Next morning it'll look a little weird but after wearing it for a few hours it goes back to looking normal but isnt as tight.

There are other ones that stretch lengthwise, but they're more expensive and i dunno if id trust them with expensive shoes(since its going to be stretching the entire length of the shoe, which would probably fuck up the bond to the sole)
