I dont think it's feminine features that girls are attracted to so much as boyishness. Girls are definitely into guys like Leo, but masculinity (and even hyper-masculinity) are valuable to them as well. Young Leo fits into a weird niche where his good genes made him aesthetically attractive enough to not need to be hyper-masculine. Most men are not, and there's nothing wrong with that.
