I'm a dude and have no idea how to dress women though, so like my advice is most likely horrible.
its getting cold, just wrap youself in heavy layers alternating between a bit short, like the skirt, and a bit too long and drapey, like scarves and oversized cardigans. obviously wear tights or something underneath the skirt. try to make sure every layer is in some way viewable to give the fit some visual depth.
