From left to right Clarks brogue boots, London Brogue Chelsea boots and some vintage Canadian army boots, made in 1985 I believe which I wear for work.

What else to get? Show off yours here too.

That's not a fair critique, modern combat boots are like that, they are functional boots.

doesn't really matter desu. as long as they arent the horrible ones that don't even go up past your ankle. If you're really short the SLP/SeF ones are unironically a decent idea to give you an extra inch. Or just something with a larger but not fag-sized heel if you aren't into that shit

the rubber soles seem kind of cheap but thats really the only downside I can think of. They are made in Bangladesh. got them from the store for £99. the leather itself is really good high quality. Way better than the PU coated shit you see on DMs that crack after 3 months wear. They run kind of large so either get a size down or try them on in a shop. I opted for the size down and I'm glad I did because it felt pretty tight at first but the leather has stretched nicely to the shape of my feet.

they rubbed like hell around the ankles and heel when I first got them but now they are the comfiest boots ever. the leather was literally cutting into my skin above the ankle bone, and I was considering getting rid of them but stuck with them and they are nice and soft. they are warm and give good ankle support and have a really nice memory foam insole. I laced them up as tightly as I could tolerate during the break in period (took me about 2 weeks) for maximum foot moulding and it seemed to work well.

they get loads of compliments from friends and relatives. I love that they look good no matter what you're wearing, be it jeans or smart trousers and they're great for walking the dog in. They feel really tough and sturdy.

highly recommend them.

Fuck off. I wore those when i was in the army and they fell apart faster than any boot I ever had during my time. These are absolutely a garrison boot and not meant to do any field work in.
That fact you autistic faggots wear them for fashion is absolutely cringe.
