Any tips for someone that doesn't like shopping and doesn't care about fashion, but wants to cause a good impression (or at least not a bad one) on people who do?

Any physical stores you can recommend? Preferably in Sweden/Europe. And also preferably not very expensive.

find a style you like first
then shopping will make more fun and you will "get into fashion"

I like this style (too cold for that now though):

But I don't want to "get into fashion"

Spend a fair bit of time researching the style you like, settle on one or a few brands that represent this, go buy or try on something in person so you can determine the proper size for you and then just order online in the future.
I know my trouser size in a few different brands, making it much easier for me.

I do. And like I said I don't care about it. I just want to stop looking like a hobo without spending too much money and without buying online, because I'm very bad at picturing how clothes will look on me.

the style you said you were into can be easily aquired with pieces from fast fashion stores or thrifting
Maybe look for hand me downs from female boomer relatives
